ATLAST!!! It's finally here! The aniversary party so far is awesome! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CP!! (i wonder if they heard that!) Anyway, I was having trouble finding and getting the party hat!!
There is a pinyata in the corner of the inside of the Coffee Shop:
You need to click it, then it bursts open. The hat is in it. It falls out! WHERE DO!!! It took me sooooooo long to figure out that it falls straight UNDER IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look at the coffee shop on the outside.
Don't forget about the new year book in the book room!
