When you get a badge, you can wear them as a pin on your penguin (your penguin on Elite Penguin Force).

Like I said above, these are the same badges you can earn in Elite Penguin Force!
More evidence on this will probably come to the Dojo Courtyard, the Ski Hill and the Ski Village due to the robots are in those rooms. That is already some evidence.
A new mission is coming out soon, Club Penguin said sometime after Christmas.
Maybe there will be a new mission in the HQ headquaters, and maybe, just maybe, Club Penguin might start putting Missions in the Commander Room! This would be for EPF agents, and you could play EPF missions in the Commander Room!
