Today I was sneakin' around the Issue #238 Newspaper in a SWF Decompiler. I found a secret message that was from Herbert. Check it out:
Lots of letters are different flags. After a while, you realize that to crack the code you need to take the first letter of the flags and then that's the letter.
After you get all the letters orrganized, it should say this:
DEAR PENGUIN
SILLY AGENCY,
LOOK SHARP AGENT...
I’LL SEE YOU ON MAY 18.
- HERBERT P. BEAR
Does this mean Mission #11 is coming out on May 18th?
I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
