Club Penguin's Awesome Mascot, Rockhopper Returns

Hey penguins!

As you know, Rockhopper has returned to Club Penguin with his puffle, Yarr to celebrate Earth Day.  If you're new to Club Penguin, Rockhopper always docks at the Beach. 

You can board his ship, known as, "The Migrator" and maybe even meet Rockhopper himself.  You can also go to his catalog and buy some special items he brings along with him to sell to us, penguins.  Let's take a look at the items he brought for us today. 

There is also one secret cheat in the catalog.  This is the first time there has been in Rockhopper's catalog. 

To get the Island Trinkets, click on the Boiling Cauldron.

Those are some cool items!  I wish he brought clothes, though.  Also, as of 2011, mascots have been bringing new backgrounds with them.  That means, if you find Rockhopper, you'll get a new background!  Don't forget, you'll also get a stamp!  Even if you have found Rockhopper but received the old background, you still need to find him again to get the new one.  Here is the new background:

What do you think about Rockhopper's arrival?  I think the items could have been better, but overall, it's always awesome to have our pirate penguin friend and his pet puffle here at Club Penguin!
