Maybe Herbert decided not to do anything bad. The party ends tomorrow, and still no sign of him. Maybe he's a good guy now!Well, I think Herbert is still bad...just doesn't want to send more messages because he doesn't want the EPF knowing any more details on his plan. I still do think Herbert will attack the EPF really soon, because Billybob almost confirmed it.
