Every 4-6 months there is a brand new Snow and Sports Catalog. Usually they come out in May, and November. This is when either the Stadium or Ice Rink returns. Yesterday, May 31st Club Penguin released a brand new Snow and Sports Catalog, May 2011 edition!
To find the Yellow Soccer Jersey, go to page 2 and click on the screws.
Sadly, that is the only cheat in the catalog.
